  • I-55 Raceway MO)Marler & Schrader families agree to terms for the sale of Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 to Josh Carroll. We are thrilled to share that an agreement has been reached with Josh Carroll for the purchase of Federated Auto Parts Raceway - I-55. We have no doubt that Josh will take the track to new heights, continuing its legacy and elevating it to the next level. For the past 29 years, we’ve had the privilege of living a dream we never thought possible. It’s been an incredible journey, full of highs and lows, twists and turns, and yes, a few bumps along the way. But what an unforgettable ride it’s been. The friendships we’ve forged and the memories we’ve made will stay with us forever. None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of Ken & Ann Schrader and our kids and grandkids, our amazing sponsors, our dedicated staff, and, most importantly, the fans who have cheered us on from the stands. As we look forward to the next chapter in our lives (hello, FINALLY retirement!), we also look forward to seeing Federated Auto Parts Raceway I-55 continue to thrive, grow, and remain the premier track in the Midwest. A formal announcement will be made once everything is finalized. Thank you all for being a part of this incredible journey! Sincerely, Ray & Sue Marler12/13

  • IRA)There is no such thing as an offseason anymore. A lot has been happening and the 410 world around us has been a bit chaotic, but we're steady as a rock. Few have our infrastructure or experience. The Bumper to Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprints Series schedule is near completion and we have options on a few weekends, so while we'll have a tentative schedule to show teams at PRI, there are a few different ways we can go on a few weekends, so I'd like to discuss those options while showing you our many firm dates too. We will likely not be formally releasing our schedule until a week or so after PRI. We would like to get some feedback from our teams regarding those options first, so if you're at PRI, stop by the K&K Insurance booth, or text me (815-260-2558) and we can meet somewhere to go over what our options are on a few weekends. The bulk of our 30 or so race schedule is complete. I have a few meetings out there this week so may not always be at the booth, so text me so we can meet up as your opinion does matter to me. Thanks for a great 2024, and hoping that you have a great PRI, leading into what should be an awesome 2025. Look forward to seeing you in Indy. Lastly, while roaming show, please take the time when visiting with our many sponsors and say a quick thanks for their support of the IRA. Look me up, Steve 12/10
